  The market sets the cost of real estate (and everything else). As long as people are willing to pay higher and higher prices for real estate, the cost will continue to skyrocket until there is a surplus of housing. Then the cost will stabilize and perhaps decrease. Wash, rinse repeat. It's not that difficult of a concept.

  Trump won’t be reinstated. However, if he chose to run again in 2024, he should do so as an Independent. They’re people on the left side of the aisle that would be more apt vote for him if he was “partyless”. Let’s face it, the Republicans kinda hung him out to dry in the very end.

  i had a legal divorce from my ex wife( law of the land).

  i was told not to expect to get remarried because my divorce was not legal to watchtower.. my divorce and situation seem to be a talk of gossip and even a many local needs talks.

  i wanted to take some more schooling to get a better job, there was a local needs talk on higher education and it's dangers.

  the town of ramapo will be accepting public comment on the proposed new world headquarters of jehovah’s witnesses audio/video production center now that the deis (draft environmental impact statement) is complete.
